Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers

Participate in customer calls providing technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales conversations

Guide customers through solution design, API integrations, data migrations, and system configurations

Work directly with customers to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions

Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize product adoption

Ensure seamless integrations with third-party systems

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams, sharing valuable feedback from customer interactions
