Responsibilities
Lead and manage structural forensics and restoration projects from concept to delivery
Maintain high standards of technical quality, project efficiency, and client satisfaction
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective resource planning
Build and strengthen relationships with clients and industry partners
Support business development and contribute to revenue and profitability goals
Review and approve project scopes, budgets, and proposals
Oversee compliance with contracts, risk management policies, and internal procedures
Drive financial performance across the department
Mentor, coach, and develop staff to support long-term team growth
Participate in recruiting efforts to build additional technical capacity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering
Professional Engineering (PE) license
8+ years of structural engineering experience, including forensic and restoration work
Proven success leading large, complex technical projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a multidisciplinary team
