Investigate and analyze transaction alerts generated by AML monitoring systems

Maintain accurate documentation of findings

Provide guidance and training to front-line staff on BSA/AML compliance

Stay current with evolving BSA/AML regulations through ongoing training

Support the BSA Officer with audits, projects, and other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

1–3 years of experience in AML, compliance, or a related field

Background screening required

Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents

Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization

Ability to communicate with internal clients directly and effectively

Prior experience or the ability to learn core transaction system, familiarity with AML monitoring systems, and compliance platforms

Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and standard office software

Ability to learn and navigate internal systems and tools efficiently

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation
