Responsibilities
Coordinate research activities, including participant recruitment, screening, and consent management in compliance with institutional guidelines
Manage data collection and analysis using SurveyMonkey, Dedoose, and REDCap
Prepare manuscripts, abstracts, and grant proposals; develop presentations and reports for funding agencies
Maintain accurate documentation and source materials for clinical trials
Support administrative tasks and resolve issues proactively
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in clinical research coordination
In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, protocol oversight, and IRB processes
2-5+ years of community engagement experience across multiple settings
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing shifting priorities
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Professional interpersonal skills for engaging diverse individuals and teams
Preferred
MPH preferred; postdoctoral candidates encouraged to apply
