Divisional FP&A Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all controlling activities within the Industry division
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and profitability
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management
Drive continuous improvement in controlling processes and tools
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Qualification
Required
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in controlling or financial management, ideally in an industrial environment
Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and develop teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions
