Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc
Take pride in work on a low volume complex caseload
Attend court appearances in Florida state and federal courts
Take and defend depositions
Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients
Second chair on trials
Qualification
Required
2 - 7 years of litigation experience at a civil/commercial litigation law firm
Licensed to practice law in Florida required
Preferred
