Responsibilities
Customer invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up
Accounts payable and bill processing
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
Purchase order management and revisions
Support month-end close and reporting
Front-desk coverage: phones, visitors, and walk-ins
General office coordination and employee support
Qualification
Required
Bookkeeping or accounting experience (required)
QuickBooks Online or other accounting software experience (required)
Strong organization and attention to detail
Able to work independently and communicate professionally
Microsoft Office proficiency
