Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver the Advanced Management of Relationship-Centered Care curriculum

Organize clinical learning experiences, course schedules, student rosters, and rotation site and orientation logistics

Collaborate closely with Unit Directors, the Part Three Academic Program Director and Manager, and other faculty and staff to ensure effective implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of the curriculum

Serve as a primary point of contact for students regarding academic planning and progress; provide guidance and advocate for student success

Provide coordination and administrative support for cross-functional projects and task forces aligned with the Office of Biomedical Education’s mission

Required

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required

Two years of relevant experience required

Requires successful completion of a background check

Experience with computer programs for educational administration, including calendars, spreadsheets, and survey software

Willingness to learn new software programs as appropriate
