Responsibilities
Perform data analysis and testing for treasury management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Design and document technical solutions to address complex business challenges and optimize processes
Collaborate with data providers, peers, technology teams, and senior business partners to resolve issues and achieve goals
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Apply strong reasoning and problem-solving capabilities paired with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
Knowledge of financial institution balance sheet fundamentals, product offerings, and balance sheet management practices
3+ years of proven experience in data analysis using SQL, Python, or similar tools (data transformation, analytics, large relational databases)
3+ years of experience in technical solution design to address business problems
3+ years of experience with JIRA and/or Agile methodologies
