Responsibilities

Lead an experienced team to delivery high quality results to the client team by providing coaching, training and oversight

Architect and develop highly scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems using Node.js

Design, implement, and optimize microservices architecture with event-driven systems

Design, implement, and optimize on-device database service

Design, implement, and optimize React Native application used in warehouse operations

Lead high-level technical discussions, setting coding standards and best practices

Work with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, product managers) to align business needs with technical execution

Optimize databases for high availability and performance (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS)

Implement and enforce security best practices, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and data protection strategies

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and drive a culture of excellence

Monitor application performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement optimizations for scalability and resilience

Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends, bringing innovation to the team
