You've built things in startup environments where you had to wear multiple hats and figure it out with limited resources
You have a track record of taking abstract concepts and turning them into delivered reality
You're multi-dimensional
You can speak fluently about strategy, product, technology, and marketing, and you can synthesize them into a single coherent plan
You hold complexity without being paralyzed by it
You're a world-class communicator
Internally, externally, written, and verbally
You keep everyone aligned without making it feel like overhead
You create clarity where there was noise
You can lead and motivate
You know how to attract great people and create conditions for them to do their best work
