Responsibilities
Master Digital Marketing : Build, optimize, and manage campaigns across top platforms. You’ll learn how to target audiences, A/B test ad copy, and measure success using metrics like CPM, CPC, CPV, and CPA
Communicate with Confidence : Develop the skills to interpret complex data and share insights that matter. Whether crafting a report or explaining trends to clients, your ability to tell a story with numbers will set you apart
Leverage Analytics : Data is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics while applying formulas, functions, and calculations to uncover trends, solve problems, and deliver results
Qualification
Required
Have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3
Have a passion for marketing and advertising, along with a desire to dig deeper into what makes good advertising great
Possess a solid working knowledge of spreadsheets (know the basic functions and an advanced formula or two)
Enjoy diving into and talking about data, numbers, rates, and what they could all mean for your clients and campaigns
Thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities like a pro
Are a leader in your own right—whether you captained a team, led a student org, or carried group projects across the finish line
Have a drive to keep learning, growing, and asking 'what's next?'
Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years
