Lead dynamic performance and system behavior studies for global projects involving wind farm grid connections, interconnectors, and advanced multi-terminal networks
Qualification
Required
Experience in HVDC or high-voltage transmission systems, ideally with a PhD or equivalent background in Electrical or Control Engineering
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of power electronics, grid codes, and HVDC converter control strategies
Advanced expertise in transient and dynamic system analysis, with hands-on skills in simulation tools like PSCAD/EMTDC, Matlab/Simulink, and EMTP-RV
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead customer-facing discussions and technical collaborations
