Responsibilities
Maintain asset lifecycle standards, policies, and controls
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets globally
Ensure compliance with standards, metrics, and licensing requirements through reporting and monitoring
Maintain accurate inventory in Xylem’s IT Asset Management systems and ensure data integrity
Oversee software licensing to avoid oversubscription and reduce underutilization
Conduct regular audits, analyze results, remediate findings, and report outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Information Technology or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on IT Asset Management experience
6–8+ years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure
Proficiency with SNOW/Flexera IT asset management platforms and ServiceNow CMDB architecture and processes
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure for licensing, entitlements, and inventory management
Asset Management certification from an accredited organization (IBSMA, SIIA, IAITAM, or BSA)
ITIL Foundations certification
Preferred
Proven ability to build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
Expertise in budgeting, inventory control, and cost management
Highly adaptable to evolving business and technology landscapes
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed
Skilled in research and problem-solving for product and service-related issues
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
Ability to prioritize and deliver results in fast-paced environments
