Responsibilities

Drive growth through customer value. Evangelize the value of Socialive and articulate customer value through your accounts to drive commercial expansion and growth opportunities. Own renewal and expansion opportunities for assigned accounts
Maintain and grow existing client base
Drive overall revenue in an assigned territory
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business objectives
Perform outbound contact to existing customers to sell additional solutions
Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of our solution offerings
Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives

Required

Proven Track record selling complex enterprise solutions, expanding relationships in enterprise accounts, and achieving ambitious revenue targets
Experience handling and closing negotiations for large contracts ~$100k+ (new business, renewals, expansions)
Consultative approach to defining strategic opportunities with customers to map, measure, and achieve successful commercial outcomes
Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive mutual account plans
Track record of overachieving revenue growth goals
Strong desire to learn and curiosity to understand how things work
Entrepreneurial approach to owning responsibilities with strong accountability to delivering outcomes
Strong self-starter who is a team player and can work independently
5+ years proven track record of account management experience
