Responsibilities

Define and implement a robust, competitive Global Total Rewards strategy aimed at attracting and retaining top-tier talent within a highly competitive and evolving economic environment
Create and deliver global compensation and benefits programs that support and align with enterprise objectives and priorities
Apply insights into market dynamics and the competitive talent landscape to craft differentiated compensation approaches for critical talent populations. Lead job analysis, evaluation, market pricing, and salary survey activities with transparency and clarity
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams to build and refine foundational frameworks, including promotion standards, career paths, and leveling structures
Direct the overall compensation strategy, encompassing global programs and long-term incentive plan design
Oversee compensation programs across a geographically distributed and partially remote workforce, anticipating market shifts and regional compensation differences
Maintain compliance with all relevant U.S. and international regulations, working in close partnership with internal stakeholders
Engage and manage external specialists such as consultants, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and legal counsel for benchmarking, plan design, coverage decisions, renewals, and communications. This includes governance and oversight of third-party providers to ensure service quality, alignment with company needs, and responsible for cost management
Act as the functional owner for Total Rewards, setting priorities for systems, tools, and technology implementations and enhancements
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruiting materials and messaging are competitive and reinforce the employee value proposition
Lead the development of the annual benefits budget and manage ongoing forecasting activities
Provide thought leadership on current and emerging trends in compensation and benefits, incorporating external perspectives to inform strategic decisions
Manage and develop the Total Rewards team, supporting continuous growth of direct reports and delivering timely, constructive performance feedback
Serve as a key member of the People leadership team, advising on organization-wide programs and partnering with People business partners to address the distinct needs of various client groups; work closely with colleagues across Finance, Legal, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Equity Administration, Corporate Communications, and other functions
Act as an internal subject-matter expert to the Compensation Committee, owning and advancing the agenda for priority focus areas
Ensure responsive, efficient support for employee inquiries, requests, and case management to deliver high-quality service within appropriate timeframes
Implement modern, technology-enabled solutions that promote self-service

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or a related discipline
10+ years of progressively increasing responsibility within HR, including 7+ years leading compensation and benefits teams
Demonstratable experience in managing compliance. Additionally, experience with pay transparency laws, FLSA, ACA, and other similar areas
Prior experience leading a global team
Experience working in Private Equity (PE) backed organizations
Experience managing M&A integrations and/or divestitures
Professional experience evaluating and implementing AI solutions in the Total Rewards space
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (ability to manage complex models) and PowerPoint (or Google Sheets and Slides)
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
Solid understanding of government regulations impacting benefits, compensation programs, company policies, and operations
Proven experience designing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and processes, and providing strategic direction in these areas
Previous experience with financial modeling and work surrounding identifying growth opportunities

Experience with Workday preferred
Tableau, ServiceNow, Qualtrics, SAP, or other ERP systems is a plus
