Responsibilities

Own social media strategy and execution

Plan content, manage posting cadence, and track performance

Provide strategic oversight for influencer and affiliate marketing

Assistant support handles influencer discovery and outreach

You focus on brand alignment, partnerships, and growth direction

Coordinate events, sponsorships, and pro deals

Assistant support handles ~90% of daily CS

You’ll manage tone, escalations, and phone support

Occasional help with shipping or production

Behind-the-scenes content and storytelling from the factory
