Responsibilities
Develop and refine optical thin film evaporation processes for semiconductor devices
Operate and optimize semiconductor deposition equipment, including evaporation and sputtering tools
Perform process quality control to ensure consistent device yield and performance
Document processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and production teams
Potential to help build and lead a technical operations team as the project scales
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or Engineering (required)
Hands-on experience with optical thin film deposition techniques, especially evaporation
Familiarity with semiconductor fab tools and environments; sputtering experience a plus
Strong interest in process development and production-scale operations
