Responsibilities
Work with Senior Payroll Administrator to administer bi-weekly payroll processes with precision and adherence to company policies
Act as the primary back-up for payroll processing in the absence of the Senior Payroll Administrator
Monitor and review timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Identify and resolve missed punches, incomplete timesheets, and discrepancies
Maintain accurate payroll documentation and reporting for audits and compliance
Serve as a point of contact for payroll and timekeeping inquiries
Partner with HR and Finance teams to enhance payroll processes and data integrity
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor and payroll regulations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or HR administration
Familiarity with timekeeping systems (e.g., Paylocity (our system), ADP, Payco, Kronos, or equivalent)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with Paylocity multi-state payroll
Working knowledge of wage laws related to timekeeping and payroll
Proficiency with Excel and report generation
