Responsibilities
Support daily equity lending and borrowing operations, including trade booking, inventory management, and locate processing
Assist in analyzing lending activity, utilization rates, and client demand to identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate with trading, operations, and risk teams to ensure accurate and timely execution
Participate in the design and rollout of new tools, reports, and platform enhancements for the securities lending business
Work with technology and business teams to gather requirements, test functionality, and support implementation
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and identify gaps
Assist in creating dashboards, data visualizations, and performance metrics to improve transparency and decision-making
Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at automation, scalability, and client experience improvements
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in securities lending, equity finance, prime brokerage, or related financial services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with market data and financial modeling
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Excel and Python
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
