Responsibilities
Oversee commercial payment operations for ACH, RDC, positive pay, and wires, ensuring compliance, risk management, and service quality
Improve and manage operational processes through proactive problem-solving, workflow oversight, SLAs, and documented procedures
Partner cross-functionally with treasury sales, commercial support, core operations, and vendors to deliver a seamless, controlled customer experience
Lead and develop the team through training, coaching, performance management, and regular feedback
Deliver management reporting and insights via dashboards and metrics aligned to financial goals, strategic initiatives, and board reporting
Set and execute departmental strategy aligned with bank objectives, adapting to evolving business and operational needs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (or equivalent)
3+ years of experience with commercial treasury products and services
Strong computer skills required
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Strong organizational and prioritization skills and attention to detail required
Strong adaptability, collaboration, and decision-making skills required
Ability to work late and/or flexible hours required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in financial field preferred
3+ years of management experience preferred
