Responsibilities
Work inbound leads from digital campaigns, direct mail, and referrals
Collect borrower info and complete loan applications
Pre-qualify borrowers and recommend loan programs
Explain underwriting criteria and required disclosures
Communicate with borrowers, processors, and internal teams
Provide credit guidance and restructuring strategies when needed
Ensure compliance (TILA, RESPA, ECOA, etc.)
Consistently hit or exceed monthly production goals
Qualification
Required
Active NMLS license (multi-state preferred)
Consumer Direct or centralized lending experience
Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and non-QM products
Strong phone-based sales and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple files with speed and accuracy
Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
