Responsibilities
Arrive on time each day to set up displays according to your training and ensure the setup is engaging and accessible for consumers
Facilitate consumer questionnaires to gather feedback on drone delivery experiences and preferences
Engage with consumers in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner
Answer general questions about the drone delivery service to help people understand how it works
Monitor the Delivery Zone to ensure safety, including making sure no one is standing beneath the drone during package drops
Manage and distribute branded point-of-sale (POS) materials as instructed during training
Participate in community events and local retailer partnerships to educate residents about drone delivery technology
Provide hands-on demonstrations and help consumers explore how drone delivery integrates into their communities
Properly pack up and store program materials and drones after each shift
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, approachable, and customer-service oriented
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. during setup and breakdown, if needed
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, brand ambassadorship, or event staffing
Interest in emerging technology or aviation is a plus, but not required
