Regional Growth Manager - Southwest

Leash is building the transportation layer for the pet care industry, and they are seeking a driven and strategic Regional Growth Manager to lead their growth throughout the Texas-Southwest region. The role involves launching and growing new markets, developing partnerships with pet care businesses, and ensuring those partnerships are successful.

Responsibilities

Lead the launch and growth of new markets in your region, starting with pre-launch planning and continuing through post-launch support
Identify and recruit pet care businesses (e.g., dog daycares, boarding facilities, groomers, veterinary clinics) to join the Leash platform
Build strong, trust-based relationships with partner locations and become their go-to contact for everything Leash
Conduct in-person visits to support onboarding, train staff, and install marketing materials to drive customer adoption
Execute co-marketing efforts with partners to boost visibility and user growth within each market
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, tech) to ensure smooth handoffs and feedback loops from the field
Track partner engagement, provide local insights, and advocate for improvements based on partner needs

Required

2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, territory management, or a similar client-facing role
Proven ability to open new markets, build partnerships, and hit growth targets with minimal oversight
Confident communicator and relationship builder, comfortable talking to everyone from business owners to frontline staff
Highly organized with strong follow-through—able to juggle multiple markets, partnerships, and timelines
Comfortable with regional travel, including frequent in-market visits
Passionate about pets and/or experience within the pet care industry (a big plus)
