Senior LevelMyHR is seeking a Product Manager for Uncrewed Systems to help drive the development and delivery of full-stack solutions that integrate advanced communications technology into various platforms. The role involves leading product strategy, collaborating with engineering teams, and managing government-funded R&D programs to ensure successful product execution.

Responsibilities
Lead product strategy and roadmap for uncrewed systems across a full software-hardware stack
Drive integration of communications and data-routing technologies into air, ground, and maritime platforms
Collaborate with engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing) to deliver rugged, field-ready systems
Manage government-funded R&D programs — including milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
Partner with go-to-market and business development teams to support program proposals and customer adoption
Build strong technical relationships with customers, vendors, and integration partners within the defense and aerospace ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional product development — ideally in a startup or early-stage environment
Hands-on experience with uncrewed systems (UAS, autonomous, or robotics) — especially integrating hardware and software components
Familiarity with SDKs, APIs, and embedded system integration strategies
Strong technical fluency — comfortable collaborating with both engineers and operators
Experience supporting or managing government-funded programs (SBIR, CRADA, APFIT, etc.) is a major plus
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
U.S. Person (citizen or green card holder) required for project clearance eligibility
