Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support instrumentation and control systems for innovative industrial processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and process) to refine automation and process control strategies
Develop and interpret P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams)
Design control panels using AutoCAD
Calibrate and integrate pressure, flow, and temperature instruments
Work with high-energy systems (600–1000V power, 400°F heaters)
Ensure compliance with NEC, ISO, and SIL safety standards
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in an industrial environment working with SCADA systems programming
Previous roles may include Maintenance Engineer, Process Improvement Engineer, Control Systems Engineer, or experience with a System Integrator
Background in chemical processing, single-process manufacturing, or other continuous process industries
Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as: Historian, Aveva, CC+ Platform, TIA Portal, FactoryTalk View, SCADA Ignition, and HMI systems
Strong understanding of instrumentation and control principles
Familiarity with NEC, ISO, and SIL frameworks
Design, implement, and support instrumentation and control systems for innovative industrial processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and process) to refine automation and process control strategies
