In this role, you will provide critical support to various Engineering teams, helping improve overall efficiency and conserve valuable time while gaining hands-on experience in the product development planning process and enterprise resource planning tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Alpha/Beta testing plans to ensure timely execution and accurate feedback collection

Maintain documentation and records for engineering projects and operational processes

Collaborate with IT and Facilities teams to secure equipment for new hires and support onboarding activities

Plan and organize physical workspace to optimize team efficiency and comfort

Manage vendor relationships by processing purchase orders and invoices accurately and promptly

Oversee inventory and order entry for raw materials and finished goods to support engineering initiatives

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Engineering teams, including scheduling meetings and events, handling customer service inquiries, and ordering supplies

Required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree required, preferred area of study in Business or Business Administration

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 required

Minimum 1 year of work experience in a customer facing or operational role required

Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
