Responsibilities

Helping our clients get the most out of our products
Partner closely with the Client Success team to address clients' concerns and requests
Ensure clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively
Collaborate with the data flow and dashboard teams to maintain and enhance our suite of products
Ensure optimal performance and an exceptional user experience

Qualification

AWS/Cloud ComputingSQLPythonData EngineeringBashDebuggingData SenseCommunication

Required

2+ years of full time work experience in a data engineering or data science capacity, ideally in a customer-facing role (e.g. as a technical consultant)
AWS/Cloud Computing
SQL
Python
Bash
Strong debugging and communication skills are a must
Strong data sense and an ability to streamline workflows across teams
