Responsibilities

Provide answers to users by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding users through corrective steps
Configure/install computer hardware for all MBH users
Writing and maintaining user documentation
Help with ongoing IT process by developing/maintaining user training
Monitors compliance and service agreements
Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes
Keep detailed records of computer/equipment inventory, user information in a secure environment
Support the roll out of new applications/processes
Manage cell phones (activation; billing reporting)
