Responsibilities

Consulting with employees, supervisors, and managers regarding medical issues, reasonable accommodation, return to work, and other related concerns
Coordinating with various stakeholders regarding assigned cases
Reviewing and interpreting medical reports to determine the most appropriate course of action
Maintaining accurate and complete case documentation using electronic daim files housed in a shared network drive, spread sheets, and database
Evaluating, authorizing, and/or recommending claim settlement solutions
Facilitating resolution of employment status for employees unable to return to work in their usual occupation

Required

Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment

Unofficial, original, or official sealed transcripts will be accepted and may be required upon appointment
Applicants with foreign transcripts/degrees must provide a transcript/degree U.S. equivalency report evaluation that indicates the number of units and degree to which the foreign coursework is equivalent
Each question must be numbered and addressed in the same order as the questions below
The SQQ must be typed, no more than one page in length, and 12-point Arial font

Share an example of how you would, or have, communicated highly technical information to individuals without the technical knowledge
