Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistical support to recruitment and DEEP program activities
Coordinate interviews and candidate communications, ensuring timely scheduling and documentation
Assist with the preparation and posting of job openings on external platforms
Support University Affairs events, including university visits, career fairs, and communication with student organizations
Provide general support to the HR team
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or other related field
Requires 2-4 years of experience
Knowledge in Human Resources subsystems
Advanced level of English is mandatory
