Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement advanced software solutions for Industrial Automation applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices
Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
Qualification
Required
7 years of software engineering experience with strong skills in Python and familiarity with React, Angular, or similar SPA technologies
Master's or higher degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI/ML or related field
Proven track record of building and deploying Generative AI applications (LLMs, multimodal models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for scalable AI workloads
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools and pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across product, research, and engineering teams
Preferred
Experience with agentic AI systems (autonomous agents, tool-using LLMs)
Experience working with enterprise-level system designs and implementing IT security best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Passion for innovation and continuous learning
Proven track record of innovative mind set, excellent execution, and responsiveness to customers, team and management
