Engineering Technical Coordinator
Energy Transfer is seeking an Engineering Technical Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support to construction, engineering, and project management teams. The role involves preparing job books, managing invoices and expenses, and assisting with project cost analysis to ensure compliance and timely project deliverables.

Responsibilities
Prepare, compile, and maintain project job books in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
Process invoice system submittals, ensuring correct coding, routing, and timely approvals
Submit and reconcile expenses through company expense systems with attention to detail and compliance
Support fleet management activities including vehicle assignment, tracking, and maintenance recordkeeping
Assist with project cost tracking and analysis by maintaining spreadsheets and generating variance reports
Provide general administrative support for construction and engineering teams, including scheduling, document control, and reporting
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure documentation and approvals are completed
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support construction and engineering operations
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or equivalent experience
0 - 2 years of administrative or technical support experience in an engineering, construction, or industrial setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent computer and systems proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Preferred
Associate degree in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered
ERP/invoice system experience preferred
Familiarity with project cost tracking and analysis is a plus
