Full case management and trial support in collaboration with a skilled group of attorneys and paralegals
Prepare for hearings, arbitration, and trials
Proofread and cite check briefs
Assess and organize high volumes of discovery documents
Qualification
Required
10+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
Experience meeting billable hour goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and e-discovery software
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of a degree
