Responsibilities

Embed with business teams to observe workflows, identify pain points, and uncover AI opportunities
Coach users on applying Microsoft Copilot and generative AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, summarization, and task automation
Lead the creation of AI Agents, rapidly prototyping in Copilot Studio and collaborating with IT to scale secure solutions
Drive adoption of AI tools across teams so AI becomes part of everyday workflows
Develop training materials, playbooks, and enablement resources to support internal AI usage

Required

Strong business analysis experience, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and frontline user engagement
Hands-on experience with low-code / no-code AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, workflow tools)
Practical understanding of generative AI and automation applied to real business problems
Ability to translate business needs into clear AI use cases and communicate effectively with IT and engineering teams
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts in plain language
Strong bias toward experimentation, iteration, and user adoption
Experience partnering with IT, data, or engineering teams to deliver solutions
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
