Customer Success Manager

Homerun Presales is seeking its first Customer Success Manager to help build a leading platform for B2B presales teams. In this role, you will define customer success, design systems for measuring it, and ensure customers achieve meaningful value from the platform.

Responsibilities

Own Customer Outcomes
Define what “success” means for different customer profiles (presales leaders, managers, ICs, and related teams)
Partner with customers to translate their goals into clear success plans
Proactively guide customers toward measurable outcomes and long-term value
Build our Customer Success Function
Design onboarding, adoption, and renewal frameworks from scratch
Implement systems to track health, engagement, adoption, and ROI
Establish success metrics and reporting that matter to both customers and leadership
Be a Trusted, Consultative Partner
Act as a strategic advisor to presales and sales leaders
Help customers operationalize best practices using our platform
Influence change thoughtfully without over-prescribing or hand-holding
Drive Retention and Advocacy
Ensure customers renew every year because they want to, not because they’re stuck
Identify and nurture champions and advocates
Turn successful customers into references, case studies, and community voices
Partner Internally
Provide product feedback rooted in real customer needs (you’ll use Homerun!)
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to improve the full customer lifecycle
Represent the voice of the customer internally with credibility and clarity

Qualification

Required

5+ years in Customer Success in B2B SaaS, ideally at GTM/sales/pre-sales/post-sales technology companies
Background in sales tech (CRM, revenue intelligence, enablement, presales tools, etc.)
Experience working with sales, presales, or GTM/revenue teams
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building processes from a blank page
Naturally consultative: Customers trust you because you understand their world
Data-driven, but pragmatic: You know which metrics matter and which don't
Ability to shift how you engage with individual contributors (understanding their day-to-day life) up to the C-Suite (representing Homerun with an executive-level presence)
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience working in sales engineer, account executive, or sales-adjacent roles prior to moving into Customer Success roles
