Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for test system development and integration efforts

Collaborate with Program Managers and Integrated Product Team Leaders (IPTLs) to define and meet program milestones

Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams through design, development, and deployment phases

Oversee technical execution, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and scope

Participate in and present at program gate reviews, Failure Review Boards (FRBs), and Change Control Boards (CCBs)

Approve system changes and report key metrics to stakeholders

Define and delegate tasks, provide mentorship, and support team training

Travel to support system development, integration, and delivery (up to 20%)

Required

Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience

Proven experience in test systems engineering, including hardware and software integration, verification, and validation

Background in designing and deploying test equipment in production or qualification environments

Active and transferable U.S. Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
