Fielding various Human Resources questions
Scheduling interviews
Conducting interviews according to the EEOC and ADA guidelines
Hiring new employees
Assisting applicants with new hire process
Off-site recruiting of potential applicants
Presenting orientation training and speaking in front of large groups
Any other duties as assigned by Supervision or Management
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid CA Driver's License
Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Have some office-related experience
Have prior experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Possess good verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
Have a professional demeanor
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Be highly organized
Be independent and self-motivated
