They are seeking a Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, focusing on social media content creation, community engagement, and campaign support.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing, writing, and designing engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X

Use scheduling tools (Buffer) to plan, post, and maintain a consistent social media presence

Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and help grow online engagement and follower communities

Support the execution of digital campaigns, promotions, and paid social advertising efforts

Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, clicks) and assist in preparing monthly reports with insights and recommendations

Stay current with social media trends, viral content, and competitor activity to help identify new opportunities for brand engagement

Organize and update the library of marketing assets, including images, videos, templates, and approved brand content

Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity are consistent across all digital platforms

Provide general assistance to the digital marketing team, including meeting notes, campaign planning materials, and research tasks

Assumes responsibility for miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor

Required

BS/BA in Marketing, Business or related field

Knowledge of Marketing and Creative Team operations and procedures

Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationship

Thorough understanding of the creative process, including internal and carrier approval processes

Proven experience as a marketing assistant

Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
