Responsibilities

Lead multiple IT infrastructure and software projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance requirements
Collaborate with scientific, regulatory, and business teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support key business objectives
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and communication frameworks; ensure regular project documentation and reporting
Manage vendor relationships and subcontractors, overseeing deliverables and contract fulfillment
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; propose and implement contingency strategies when needed
Monitor budgets and resource utilization to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion
Maintain compliance with relevant biopharma regulations (e.g., ICH, GLP, GCP) and company SOPs
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT project communications to stakeholders and senior management

Required

Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills
Experience working in regulated biotech or pharmaceutical environments (FDA, GxP compliance) is highly desirable
