Responsibilities

Reconciliation of past due accounts
Run weekly rejected report for open invoices and POs
Assist with vendor record maintenance
Learn additional Accounts Payable tasks and functions within the team
Skilled at solving problems and dealing with a variety of options with limited information
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook software
Comfortable with IT systems
Additional duties as assigned by management

Required

Currently enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing a degree in accounting or similar field
Rising Junior or Senior status
Minimum GPA requirement – 3.0

Self-motivated
Time management skills
Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks
