Responsibilities
Responsible for selling the available technology consultants who are on the bench (i.e., not on current projects) to client organizations
Holds the responsibility for Identifying and developing business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients
Market and place bench consultants on suitable client projects
Negotiating on contract terms and conditions with clients and consultants
Maintaining close communication with consultants to understand their skills and preferences
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consulting partners
Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Responsible for tracking and reporting sales performance, metrics, and KPIs
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
