Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of landscape management customer accounts, serving as their primary point of contact
Conduct site walks, inspections, and regular client check-ins to ensure quality and satisfaction
Identify and propose landscape enhancement opportunities that improve property value and client experience
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate services and deliver on customer expectations
Build strong, long-term relationships that result in repeat business and referrals
Represent GRO at client meetings and community events with professionalism and care
Qualification
Required
Previous account management, property management, or client-facing service experience
Landscape: 3 years
Landscape sales: 3 years
Customer account: 3 years
English (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Commute: Vancouver, WA 98686 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Vancouver, WA 98686: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required)
Preferred
Landscape or construction industry experience a plus
