The role involves responding to maintenance requests, preparing apartments for new residents, and maintaining common areas to ensure a safe and well-kept environment.

Responsibilities

Respond to daily maintenance requests with urgency, care, and a resident-first attitude

Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including general repairs, cleaning, and painting

Participate in the snow removal rotation and emergency on-call schedule

Maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems

Support vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of unit turns

Qualification

Required

A minimum of 1 year of recent hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, hospitality, or related trades

Your own basic tool set (a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded pliers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure)

Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance (required)
