Responsibilities
Own the engagement end-to-end, overseeing how work across strategy, media, analytics, and creative comes together
Oversee scope delivery, managing milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure priorities are met, and work lands when needed
Keep priorities clear and make calls when disciplines disagree, or information is incomplete
Push for focus when scope, budget, or timelines are tight
Spot issues early (tracking gaps, unclear KPIs, creative fatigue, resourcing or dependency risks) and address them before they impact results
Serve as the primary day-to-day client lead and run meetings with confidence and clarity
Translate strategic and analytical inputs into clear, actionable recommendations. You bring a client perspective and an ability to translate recommendations from specialists for the client
Help clients understand tradeoffs around budget, channels, sequencing, and timing
Manage expectations around scope, timelines, and client inputs so teams can deliver effectively
Navigate change—new goals, budget shifts, new stakeholders—without losing momentum or trust
Partner with analytics and data specialists to align on KPIs and measurement approaches
Ensure reporting answers the questions clients need to make decisions—not just what happened
Help clients understand efficiency, diminishing returns, and when to reallocate spend
Ensure performance updates and QBRs tell a clear, consistent story tied to business outcomes
Review media and creative outputs before they go to clients to ensure alignment with strategy, channel requirements, and measurement plans
Ensure performance learnings are reflected in briefs and feedback loops by the appropriate strategy and creative leads
Step in to support creative or production workflows when needed to unblock delivery or support production management
Partner with Ops to keep priorities, timelines, and decisions organized and documented
Flag scope creep, delivery risk, and resourcing issues early and reset expectations as needed
Balance quality, speed, and cost with good judgment and clear communication
Identify opportunities for follow-on work and support quarterly business reviews and growth planning
Act as a senior representative of Part and Sum, protecting both client outcomes and firm health
Qualification
Required
6-10 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services within performance marketing, analytics, or integrated agencies
Proven track record managing client engagements centered on Paid Media, inclusive of Programmatic (StackAdapt), and Direct Response
Strong working familiarity with the media stack (Meta, Google, GA4). You don't execute buys, but you understand specs and operations well enough to manage Ad Ops delivery and explain technical nuances to clients
Skilled at connecting marketing metrics to business outcomes to demonstrate value and drive account retention
Confident in judgment and execution; capable of managing complex, multi-workstream accounts without defaulting to micromanagement or needing daily direction
You bridge the gap between 'data speak' and 'creative speak,' ensuring media plans align with creative concepts and clearly communicating that synergy to stakeholders
Preferred
Experience working closely with analytics, data science, or marketing science teams
Familiarity with experimentation, incrementality testing, or advanced measurement approaches
Experience across both performance and brand work, and explaining tradeoffs between them
