Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Managers and Recruiters across multiple states
Build a performance-driven, customer-obsessed culture
Own client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion
Establish playbooks for relationship management and issue resolution
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Sales, Product, and Technology
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable systems and workflows
