Subcontract Administrator Intern

They are seeking a Summer 2026 Subcontract Administrator Intern to assist mid and senior level SCAs in supporting supply chain activities for MRO services of aircraft components and accessories.

Responsibilities
Providing SCA support, including pre- and post-award activities associated with aircraft parts, consumables, and MRO services
Conducting sourcing efforts through the identification of supplier sources, initiating solicitation packages and requests for quotations, and entering supplier quotation details into the ERP system
Work as part of a team and use effective communication in daily interactions with internal and external clients
Maintain compliance with established procedures
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Program Management or a related field
Proficiency in the use of computer systems and experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be a US Citizen
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Basic knowledge of supply chain management or procurement principles
Experience working in ERP systems
Foster relationships with and effectively collaborate with various team members and other departments to meet customer objectives
