Responsibilities
Cultivate and close large-scale estate and luxury outdoor living projects in the $500K–$1M+ range
Build trusted relationships with affluent homeowners, realtors, architects, and influencers who drive referrals
Represent GRO at exclusive networking events-charity galas, realtor showcases, private clubs, and curated community gatherings
Maintain a referral-driven pipeline through credibility and reputation, not cold calls
Guide clients through high-stakes investment decisions with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
Partner with in-house design and production teams to ensure flawless delivery of every promise made
Qualification
Required
4 years of landscape sales experience
English language proficiency
Driver's License
Day Shift availability
Ability to commute to Sherwood, OR
Ability to relocate to Sherwood, OR before starting work
