Account Manager - Expansion Representative (Hybrid, US West)

Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Manage a defined book of existing accounts in North America and APAC
Prioritize accounts based on growth potential and strategic importance
Drive upsell opportunities for GTreasury’s solutions and Ripple-enabled offerings
Identify and execute cross-sell strategies to introduce complementary products
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across finance and treasury departments
Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align on evolving needs
Develop deep knowledge of GTreasury’s platform and Ripple’s payment capabilities
Articulate the combined value proposition to solve customer pain points
Maintain a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities and accurately forecast revenue
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline visibility and reporting
Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
Work closely with Expansion Account Executives and Contract Managers for smooth handoffs
Provide insights to Product and Marketing teams based on customer feedback and market trends

Required

7+ years of experience in account management or SaaS sales, preferably in fintech or treasury management
Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling within an existing customer base
Strong understanding of financial processes, including cash forecasting and liquidity management
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms
