Integrated Marketing Manager
KTeam is a hybrid venture studio and evergreen private capital platform focused on building and backing the infrastructure behind Main Street. They are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to define and activate brand voice and messaging across their fintech and insurtech portfolio, primarily focusing on their insurance technology startup.
Responsibilities
Own and evolve brand voice and messaging across the company’s portfolio, with primary day-to-day focus on our insurtech company
Write and edit high-impact marketing copy, including: Website and landing pages, Email campaigns and lifecycle messaging, Paid search, paid social, and display advertising, Campaign concepts, headlines, and CTAs
Partner with the CMO and marketing leads on integrated marketing strategy, planning, and execution
Research audiences, competitive landscapes, and industry trends across regulated and infrastructure-focused markets
Translate business goals into clear, compelling stories tailored to different companies, stages, and audiences
Collaborate with design, product marketing, growth, and leadership teams across the IRG ecosystem
Test, refine, and optimize messaging based on performance and qualitative feedback
Help build scalable messaging frameworks, playbooks, and brand guidelines that can be adapted across portfolio companies
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand, or copywriting roles
A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and excellent writing across channels
Experience developing and managing brand voice and messaging systems
Comfort operating across multiple brands or business units
Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment
Preferred
Experience in insurance, fintech, SaaS, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with performance marketing and experimentation
Experience supporting venture studios, holding companies, or multi-brand organizations
Interest in building durable infrastructure businesses
